Join us for the inaugural Mercury Bay Music Festival, 2016, where we will deliver, celebrate and nurture Kiwi, international and local musical talent, right here in our own beautiful Coromandel community. For this family-friendly event, we have lined up a fabulous mix of artists who will grace us with an eclectic variety of jazz, big band, blues, folk, world, J-Pop and acoustic music, all in intimate and easy to reach venues in Whitianga.

To foster our local Kiwi talent, many of our artists will also generously share their skills in workshops over the weekend, which will be open to aspiring Kiwi musicians of all abilities and all ages.
We also welcome and encourage budding performers to be actively involved through busking, jamming and open mic sessions and we will be partnering with Whitianga café and restaurant venues to provide you with just the right stage to shine.
