Mud and Guts is an annual event held at Mountain Valley Adventure Lodge. It’s the ultimate obstacle course challenge, featuring a 9km course with 50+ gruelling, unpredictable purpose-built obstacles. It’s an extreme mud run that encourages teamwork and demands endurance.
It’s hardcore. It’s insane. Mud and Guts is about commitment to yourself, defying weakness and having fun, while getting down, getting dirty and conquering rugged terrain.
