Ferrymead Heritage Park features an Edwardian township complete with picture theatre, school house, church, bakery, jail and railway station. There are a fascinating array of museum and heritage collections. Trams run at weekends and during public holidays and school holidays. The train runs on the 1st Sunday of the month and event days such as Labour Weekend, Easter and Queen’s Birthday weekend. When operating, unlimited tram and train rides are included in the entrance price.
