Head Chef Nic Spicer is one of New Zealand’s most passionate and dynamic chefs. He has worked in a range of successful restaurants both here and abroad, trained with celebrity chef John Torode (presenter of UK’s MasterChef) in London, and was Sous Chef to Matterhorn’s Head Sous Chef Sean Maeshall when the establishment won the Restaurant of the Year Award in 2008.
